Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY? ...
It's really important to us that you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange within 7 working days of purchase. All returns must be in the same condition as which they arrived.  Please phone (08 8359 2800) or email us (hello@thetangerinefox.com) with details of why you are returning the product, prior to posting it, so that we are aware of the return. Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange) or a voucher to the purchase amount. (excluding any shipping costs). We will advise by email once the exchange has been processed.
Q. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? ... 
The Tangerine Fox will consider a refund only in the case that an item is found to be faulty. In order to be considered for a refund, you will need to supply us with the following details and we will contact you once that criteria has been met for further instructions. Notify us of the faulty item by emailing hello@thetangerinefox.com within 3 days of receiving the order. In an email, please include a clear image and description of the fault so that it may be assessed. You will then be asked to return the item within 3 business days and this delivery must include your proof of purchase along with the returned item. Once this has been complete, an exchange to the equivalent value of the item or a refund will be made against the original method of payment, excluding delivery costs. We will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged by someone after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration. Postage insurance costs on returns are to be paid by the customer. Please ensure the item is packed appropriately. We are not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
Q. DOES THE TANGERINE FOX ALLOW IN STORE PICK UP? ...
We certainly do! Just select that in your shipping options when purchasing and we will hold your purchase for you.
Q. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? ...
All products are posted within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Please allow for 1-4 days postage within Australia. We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. International items will be dependant on where the item(s) is going. (Please note: some PayPal payments can take 3-4 days to process).
Q. CAN I PLACE A TELEPHONE OR EMAIL ORDER? ...
You can indeed. Just phone the store (08 8359 2800), or send us an email and we're happy to assist if this suits you better.

Q. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT LISTED IS SHOWING A $0 PRICE? ...
Should this occur it is an error and means that the product is out of stock. Your sale is not valid and won't be processed by The Tangerine Fox. Please contact us should you wish to place an order for this out of stock item.
Q. HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER ONLINE? ...
Simply hit the Gift Voucher tab which is found in the scroll-down banner in the GIFTS section. Voucher amounts will be in increments of $10, so just add onto the qty until you reach the desired amount and check out as normal. We will post your voucher out to you within 24 hours.
Q. HOW DO I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE ONLINE? ...
You will need to do this by email or phone as we don't have a checkout facility for this. Simply choose the item(s) you want from the online store, record their names and prices, then ring or put that information on an email, making sure to include the individual number code on your voucher. 
Q. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY LOYALTY POINTS ARE RECORDED? ...
If you've signed up for our loyalty program, you will need to put this in your notes at the checkout. Points will then be added to your tally and we will advise when you're due for a voucher.

POSTING OF JAPANESE CERAMICS & OTHER CERAMIC ITEMS WITHIN AUSTRALIA & OVERSEAS ...
Please note, postage of ceramic items involves lots of extra care so we can do our best to ensure that the items arrive safely at the other end, not to mention their weight, which can add costs. Please if in Australia, select the Japanese Ceramics option, if overseas, you must ask us for a postage quote. Thank you.
FREE GIFT WRAPPING
We offer a free gift wrapping service and are more than happy to wrap your gift if required, just request this option in your cart notes.
LAY-BY
We do have a lay-by facility when you are purchasing from the Adelaide shop, however this is not currently available to our online customers.
